The Italian National Church of Mary Snow (Minoritenkirche)
It is a Roman Catholic church and was opened in 1350. This makes it one of the oldest churches
in Vienna. The history goes back even further: in 1224 the Fratres minores were called to Vienna by Leopold VI and established a small convent near the city walls - this was the beginning of a long over several centuries formation of the Minorite Church.
During Mozart's lifetime, the church was in Vienna and it can be assumed that he visited it.
